SPINeasy PCR Purifying PCR Purifying Kit và Gel Extraction Kit là kit với công nghệ Spin column cho phép làm sạch DNA nhanh chóng và thuận tiện từ các phản ứng enzym khác nhau, tiêu biểu là PCR và phản ứng cắt giới hạn, cũng như phân lập và tinh chế các đoạn DNA từ điện di trên gel agarose. Có thể tinh sạch tới 23 µg DNA có trọng lượng phân tử từ 100 bp đến 20 kb thông qua một quy trình nhanh chóng và đơn giản. DNA tinh khiết có thể sẵn sàng sử dụng trong các ứng dụng sinh học phân tử thông thường.
